J&K Group was initially established under the name J&K Properties in 1999 as the first Real Estate Company solely concentrated on letting properties in Malta & Gozo. The company is a family run concern as is managed by two brothers, Kevin and Jeffrey Buttigieg, and their father, Joseph.

Over the years, the Company has grown steadily and therefore has consolidated its business so it can provide the required attention for services such as Malta Villa Holidays, Holiday Apartments, Hotel Accommodation, Property Management, Event Management, Car Leasing, Air Travel Flight Tickets and most recently with the purchase of the Master Franchise of RE/MAX Malta, Property Sales.

With the number of services increasing, in order to provide our customers a more focused service the strategic decision of dividing the company into 3 divisions was made. These are J&K Corporate Services, J&K Properties and J&K Travel Services.

J&K Travel Services

J&K Travel Services was created to manage our incoming and outgoing travel. We are a leading Villa Holiday in Malta and Holiday Apartment rental company as well as a Travel Agent for incoming and outgoing airline tickets and Hotel Accommodation.

Over the past 6 years we have managed bookings for over 43 Villas in Malta and Gozo and various Apartments in Malta. As a tour operator, we also provide hotel accommodation to incoming tourists in most resort hotels in Malta as well as the more corporate hotels from 3 star to 5 star deluxe.

Today, J&K Travel services can boast that it provides an extremely customer focused service. All our requests are replied to within 8 hours guaranteed and if a customer makes a request within the same time zone as Malta the request will be replied to practically instantly.

The number of properties we offer our customers has grown over the last 6 years and we now hand pick our properties so to avoid any unwanted complaints from customers. We do understand that our customers booking a Malta villa, apartment or a hotel are looking for a stress free holiday and value for the money and we take that into consideration always when putting our price list together. Our prices are generally cheaper than other operators on the Islands as we do produce high volumes for our properties and have very good relationships with property owners or property managers.
