Thank you for your visiting our website and for showing an interest in our company.

Should you be interested in renting an apartment or villa / farmhouse for a short term on a daily / weekly basis, you are kindly requested to send us a request by on the properties/hotel you are interested in so that we will check availability. We guarantee a reply within 8 hrs however, if during the daytime your reply will be received shortly after you put in your request. In your reply, you will receive pricing and availability. If the property requested is not available we also send you alternative properties that would be available of similar quality. N.B. Most of our properties that are available for short term rentals, are usually rented from a Tuesday to a Tuesday basis and availabilities change constantly.

Should you wish to proceed with booking an apartment or villa / farmhouse for which we have already checked availability and sent you the pricing, please be advised that we would require a 25% deposit on the total amount to secure booking. Such amount could be settled by bank transfer, cheque in Maltese lira or in Euros, cash or credit/debit cards. Please be advised that a 2.1% card fee will be incurred when using credit/debit cards. Also note that our company will not be responsible for any bank charges should a bank transfer be effected.

Balance will then need to be settled either one week prior to your arrival in the same methods mentioned above or on the day of your arrival or the day after, depending on the owner of the property and your flight details. We will guide you accordingly. If you should be paying on the day or day after, such amount is to be settled with J&K Travel Services, preferably at our office in St. Julians which is open from Mondays to Fridays from 9am till 6pm and on Saturdays from 9am till noon.

N.B. Clients are kindly requested to check in to the properties any time after 16.00hrs and check out prior to 10.00am. Directions to properties and relevant keys will be handed on the day of your arrival. Please note that early check maybe arranged only on request and it is not guaranteed.

Our company also offers airport transfers and car rentals. Should you wish to book airport transfers, you are kindly requested to update us with your flight details so that we will forward them to our taxi driver who will be waiting for you at the airport with a board which will have your surname printed on it. The taxi driver will then hand you the keys of the property which you would need to hand back to him upon your departure if you require transfers back. Such airport transfers start from Lm7.50 per trip.

Should you wish to rent a car, you are then kindly requested to update us with your flight details and if possible with a mobile no. on which we can get hold of you before you leave your country so that we let you know where we will leave the keys for you or where we will meet you to drop off the keys. Inside the car you will find a map of Malta, directions to the property which you have rented and the keys of the property which you will be requested to leave in the car upon your departure.

Should you opt to make your own way to the property, you are kindly requested to contact us 2 days prior to your arrival so that we agree on a time and place on when and where you can pick up the keys of the property and how to get there.
